KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

l Regularly assessing existing and potential shopping malls and department stores for changes in the retail landscape, and scouting for high-potential business opportunities in coherence with Versace Group's brands positioning

l Meeting landlords on a regular basis

l Monitoring and following up the entire leasing process from business plan to letter of intent and tenancy agreement execution

l Regularly assessing the existing stores vs. local market developments and competitors

l Liaising and maintaining excellent relations with internal departments, property developers, landlords and external contractors

l Meeting landlords on a regular basis: Meeting landlords to understand the progress of the marketing and trends of competitors brands as well as the coming plan of landlord in the market for a proper evaluation of the partnership with each of landlord

l Participate business meeting to understand the key strategy of the company, business performance and focus from different department in order to have a good judgement of the project approached

l Other ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

l Bachelor degree in business, marketing or real estate

l 10 years’ experience in strategic planning and business development

l Deep knowledge of China luxury retail network

l Proven track record of the management and delivery of complex projects essential

l Excellent communication and presentation skills with good business acumen

l Good English command and perfect Mandarin knowledge

l Strong sense of integrity and honesty
