Responsibilities:

-       Review monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly tax reports inculding not limited to VAT & CIT & stamp Duty & withholding tax etc;

-       Review annual tax filling and annual TPD;

-       Assist HQ and APAC regional team in tax related issues;

-       Review daily, weekly, monthly treasury report and cash flow forecast;

-       Responsible for quarterly, half-yearly, yearly cash flow forecastplanning and ensure sufficent liquidity to meet payment committment for CAPEX and OPEX Responsible for lease contract management, maintain basic database;

-       Assist in IFRS lease accounting and US GAAP implementation;

-       Review Oracle general ledger closing;

-       Assist in internal and external audit;

-       Responsible for new branch setup;

-       Perform ad hoc project and tasks as assigned by management.

 

Requirements:

-       Degree holder in Finance or Accounting;

-       Qualified Accountant with internationally renowned accounting firms’ experience is a plus;

-       CPA is a plus;

-       Minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level;

-       Familiar with PRC accounting, tax, customs, foreign exchange regulations;

-       Knowledge of Oracle Finance and POS is an advantage;

-       Multinational company working experience is preferred;

-       Self-motivated, responsible, mature and able to meet tight deadlines;

-       Good command of both written & spoken English and Mandarin.
