Requirement:

1. Support HP WeChat mini program store daily operation executive and sorting out various of operation requirements.

2. Support the implementation and update of operation activities calendar every month, including daily activities, WeChat promotion and brand offer, follow up the execution with agency, collect and organize activity information.

3. Understand all the mini programs currently in operation and be familiar with the collaborative support between each platform.

4. Proficient in operating CMS and various WeChat platform.

5. Assist to test new function and tools in different mini programs, problem and bug collection.

6. Assist the communication of internal WeChat group and other KOL WeChat group.

7. Organize and output daily, weekly and montly reports to different department.

8. Work closely with DCD team and other support team.

Request:

1. Junior, senior and graduate students are also welcome. Candidates with related majors such as marketing, tourism are preferred. Candidates with internship experience in digital marketing or E-commerce are preferred.

2. Be able to accept long-term internship with attendance of 5 days a week.

3. CET 4 or above.

4. Be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

5. Good communication skills and written skills

6. Previous work experience shows ability to complete various tasks on time and excellent time management skills.

7. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to develop in a team.

8. Proficient in Microsoft office software, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
