1. Strictly compliance with OTIS global safety regulations, enforcement of company EH&S policy, to prevent each accident, near miss accident as responsibility.
严格遵守OTIS全球安全规定，执行公司EH&S政策，在个人职责范围内对每项事故、险兆有效防范，以防事故发生。
2. Fully Compliance with UTC Ethics & Business Practices requirements.
完全符合UTC道德规范认知要求。
3. Strictly compliance with Act SOX404 requirements.
严格遵守美国SOX404法案要求。
4．Responsible for purchase parts and track. Check and storage while parts arrival.
负责申请配件采购及跟踪工作，到货后，及时核对配件并负责办理配件入库手续。
5．Responsible for deliver、store work in time.
负责及时做好领料单据的出、入库工作。
6. Responsible for check parts、maintenance of safety storage、fix parts position and other daily 5S job of warehouse.
负责配件盘点、安全库存量的维护、配件定址定位等仓库日常5S工作。
7. Cooperate with maintainer in parts quote、checkup，and other work of agent like sell、tracking receivables.
配合维保人员做好配件报价、评审工作，及各代理商、客户的配件报价、评审、销售、应收款跟踪。
8．Cooperate with maintainer in making out invoice timely, make sure account and statement clear.
配合维保人员及时申请开票，帐务与开票帐目清淅。
9． Submit the contracts need approval, file and manage the contracts in force.
对需要审批和盖章的合同进行提交，并对已生效的合同进行归档和管理
10. Order and apply fee of subcontract.
做好分包下单和分包费的申请工作
11. Collect、track、update informations about T.
对T信息进行搜集、跟踪、更新。
12. Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor to effectively carry out other works.
为使各项工作得以有效开展，完成上级领导临时指派的其它工作。
