Job title : CRM Officer
Direct Supervisor: Retail Operations Manager
Location: Shanghai 

  

  

Job Purpose:

  

  This  position is responsible for CRM planning and strategy in Versace China stores  and reports directly to the General Manager of Retail.

Responsibilities: 

  

-Be responsible for CRM annual  planning and budget allocation 

-Provide routine CRM data,  business analysis and submit monthly CRM report to line manager 

-CRM system maintenance 

- Initiate CRM activities  (VIP event etc.) based on the marketing plans and be fully responsible for the  execution and post event analysis 

-Collaborate with shopping  mall landlords to create the commercial opportunities and activities.

-Coordinate & provide support  with related departments, such as Stores / PR / Buying / Finance etc. 

-Perform ad hoc tasks as  assigned by line manager

Requirements: 

-Bachelor degree or above 

-Minimum 3 years work  experience in retail / marketing / luxury industry, good sense of luxury  industry is preferred 

-Skillful on data analysis 

-Good command of written and  spoken Mandarin and English 

-Excellent at Microsoft  software, such as PPT / Excel / Word. 

-Good communication &  interpersonal skills 

-Hands on, detail oriented  and attitude of "can do” / "make it happen"
