3.IDC设备维护与监控(服务器、思科交换机/防火墙)

5. 技术支持和维护专卖店的技术支持，培训和咨询。

任职资格:

1. 熟悉零售POS系统(Xstore)的操作流程。

2. 良好的培训、表达和沟通能力。善于跨部门沟通

3. 良好的分析能力，积极主动，灵活应变。

4. 熟悉思科Meraki产品

5. 能同时处理多项任务，能承受工作压力，工作态度积极主动。

6. 了解SQL/Oracle数据库及查询命令者优先。

7. 熟悉Microsoft Office 365

8. 熟悉cisco设备配置和维护

9. 本科以上相关学历

Job Title: IT Officer

Reports to: IT Supervisor

Key  Responsibilities and Duties: 

  

 1. Helpdesk support for end-users to tackle computer problems including software/application,  networking and hardware.

 2. Maintenance and monitor the process, management and operation of company business  system, in order to ensure the security, stability and efficiency of company  business system.

3. Maintenance  and monitor IDC device (Server, Cisco switch/firewall)

 4. Installation of boutique computer system including networking, POS system  etc. 

 5. Technical support and maintenance for boutiques on helpdesk, training and consultation.

 6. Participate in ad hoc tasks and other IT related projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Good knowledge on retail POS system(Xstore) operation processes.

2. Good training, presentation and communication skills. Good at cross-department communication

3. Good analytical skills, proactive, flexible and adaptive to situations.

4. Good knowledge of Cisco and Cisco Meraki product

5. Able to multi-task, can work under pressure and motivated work attitude.

6. SQL/Oracle knowledge is an advantage.

7. Familiar with Microsoft Office 365
