职位描述：
Title: Merchandising Manager
Report to: General Manager Retail and Merchandising of Versace China
Location: Shanghai
                                                                   
Duties and responsibilities:
- To lead the Buying team on the full spectrum of activities;
- To coordinate the Buying team during the buying campaign on qualitative and quantitative choices according to Retail Management guidelines and based on past history and own knowledge of the shops;
- To manage the OTB planning and assortment plan;
- To monitor and enhance the sell through;
- To liaise with logistics, warehouse, licensee suppliers to provide updates of shipment status and ensure timely deliveries to shops;
- To provide product training;
- To maintain market awareness and consumer trends to develop future buying plans
 
Job requirement:
- Degree holder in business administration / planning management / merchandising;
- At least 8 years’ experience in Merchandising and 5 years as supervisor or above;
- Luxury retail Industry experience is preferred;
- Strong data analysis skills;
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, independent;
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure;
- Highly self-motivated and directed, detail-minded;
- Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent in English and Chinese
