职位描述

岗位职责：
专注于销售和业务发展；
与经销商直接密切合作，以实现年度目标；
协助经销商在当地的活动，如贸易发展上，提供给业主和内部培训等；
搜索和建立新的分销商在中国市场的潜在客户和品牌产品演示；
给经销商提供销售分析报告，与店经理的支持，并支持他们在市场挑选合适的产品；
内部部门紧密配合，保持在供应链和订单管理顺利运作；
job responsibilitise：
focus on sales and business development；
work directily and closely with the distributors to achieve the annual target；
assist distributors in local activities such as trade show，presentation to landlord and internal training，etc；
explore and bulid new distributors in china markers and make brand presentations/product presentations to potential customers；
provide sales analysis repotrs，with the support from shop manager to distributors and support them in picking the right products for the market；
work closely with internal department，to maintain smooth operation in the supply chain and orders management；
other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time；

岗位要求：
最低5年批发零售销售经验和运营管理经验；
2年以上管理督导经验；
手表奢侈品经验为佳；
良好的英语及普通话；
强有力的领导人际关系和沟通能力；
具有良好的分析头脑，和敏锐的市场意识；
熟练MS OFFICE 应用程序；
requirements：
minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale/retail sales and operations management，of which 2 years at managerial/supervisory level；
experience in watch/luxury products will be an advantage；
good command of english and mandarin；
strong leadership，interpersonal and communication skills；
acute market sense with good analytical mind；
proficiency in Ms Office application；
