1、 负责北京、天津、河南、河北、山东、山西、内蒙、黑龙江、吉林、辽宁小镜种的销售（纤维镜和电子鼻咽喉镜）
2、 有医院、代理商渠道管理经验
3、 联系和保持与本区域VIP的良好关系；
4、 协作参与各级别的学术活动
5、 做好售后服务的协调
6、 推广公司品牌和产品及技术包括跟台操作
8、相关工作及时汇报和协调
9、上级领导安排的其它任务
候选人最需要具备的基本要求:
1. 有内镜行业多年销售和市场推广经验，耳鼻喉领域更佳
2. 有良好沟通技巧，善于解决矛盾冲突
3. 学习能力强，有演讲技巧
4. 能经常出差
