职位描述：
1.根据公司规划制定合理的B2B电子商务运营方案；
Responsible for the B2B online operation planning according to company strategy.
2.公司品牌网站和其他线上平台的建设、日常维护和更新；
Responsible for building brand website, other online platform and also the maintaining and updating work.
3.负责电子商务平台的运行管理，保持和相关电子商务平台服务商的沟通；
Responsible for the management of the online operation and coordination with relevant online platforms.
4.负责电子商务的流程设计、实施与优化，具有能力承担电子商务服务团队的建设与管理职能；
In charge of designing, carrying out and optimization of online operation process. Building and managing the etrade team.
5.负责电子商务网站的品牌推广和营销策划，包括网络推广、行业媒体合作、专业市场推广等方案实施；
Responsible for online promote and online-marketing plan, including website, media, and other relevant marketing promote plan.
6.网站营销数据分析，包括客户需求分析、目标市场分析、推广效果评估等；
Online marketing data analysis, including demanding of customers, target marketing analysis and promote result valuation.
7.整合公司的相关部门资源来推进电子商务平台的产品销售、订单管理和客户服务工作；
Integrating other departments resource to promote the online sales, ordering management and customer service.
8.致力于在网络打造良好的企业形象和品牌知名度；
Promoting corporate image and brand awareness
9.促进网络行销宣传，及其相关的移动终端的品牌推广；
Following up with the online promote and relevant networks and devices.
10.公司品牌网站的运营及推广策划，以及日常运作；
Responsible for operation and promote designing of Tarkett brand website and daily working
11.配合市场部进行线上推广活动。
Other online promote request from marketing team.
任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，电子商务专业、市场营销专业优先;海归优先考虑；
Bachelor degree or above, major in E-business, marketing, overseas returnee preferred;
2.英语精通；Expert in English;
3.熟悉电子商务运营各个环节，三年以上电子商务运营经验，有B2B运营经验者优先；
Familiar with each segment of website operation. 3y+ website working experience and B2B a plus;
4.具有网络营销推广实际操作工作经验，熟练各个推广渠道及方法；
Online promote working experience and familiar with all online promote channel and means
5.具备一定的电子商务平台和网络的维护管理能力；
Capable of maintaining and managing online platforms.
