Duties and responsibilities
主要工作职责：
*Sales 销售
1. Achieve individual sales target
达成个人销售目标。
2. Support the rest of the team achieving their individual sales target and store target
帮助和支持团队其他员工达成个人销售目标，进而完成店铺销售目标。
*Customer Service 客户服务
1. Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers
向客户提供优异的服务及产品知识介绍
2. Deliver a very pleasant brand experience to customers
向客户传递愉悦的品牌消费体验。
*Training and Development 培训和员工发展
1. Assist Store Manager coaching sales associate to improve their product knowledge and customer service
辅助店经理完成有关产品知识、客户服务的培训，提升相关的知识和技能。
*After Sales Service 售后服务
1. Closely follow up on customer maintenance service
及时紧密的跟进客户维护服务。
*Operations / Housekeeping 运营/行政管理
1. Maintain the highest standard of housekeeping e.g. cleanness and tidiness, flower arrangement, music, perfume and beverage
维持最高准的店铺环境，如店铺环境及卫生、花束安排、背景音乐、香氛及饮品管理等内容。
2. Active participation of daily briefing
积极参与店铺每日例会。
*Merchandise / Inventory Control 商品/库存管理
1. Ensure safety and good condition of products
确保所在店铺的安全性、货品处于良好环境和状态
2. Ensure stock and back up storage is effectively managed in and organized manner
依据公司管理要求，保证店铺库存及后备库存的有效管理。
3. Participate in inventory count / stock take
积极配合、参与库存盘点/点数的有关工作。
*Visual Merchandising 视觉陈列
1. Follow and apply company guidelines on visual merchandising
根据公司视觉陈列指引，正确执行店内陈列工作。
*CRM 客户关系管理
1. Acquire, maintain and develop good relationship with customers
积极获取客户有效信息，建立和维护客户关系。
2. Take ownership of own pool of customers with regular follow up calls and activities to drive repeat visit and build customer loyalty
对自己的客户，通过定期电话跟进以及其他积极方式促进客户的到访，建立客户对品牌的忠诚度。
3. Assist, support and participate in the in-store and related marketing events to drive sales
协助、支持和参与在店铺开展的活动及其他市场活动，促进销售。
