职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、独立完成高通量测序数据和质谱数据分析;
2、参与建立和开发新的生物信息分析流程并对其进行维护;
3、根据要求进行临床数据的关联分析;
4、解决分析过程中的技术问题，参与技术攻关。

岗位要求：
1、生物信息学/生物/计算机/数学等相关专业本科及以上学历;
2、熟练使用Linux/Unix操作系统;
3、能应用Perl/Python/C等编程语言，熟练掌握生物信息常用软件;
4、有1年以上高通量测序信息分析经验者及有蛋白质组学生物信息分析经验者优先;
5、熟练阅读该领域专业英文文献，关注分析理论及方法的发展;
6、学习能力强，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

This position is based in Shanghai or Bioinformatics platform required location, reporting to Executive Officer.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Establish comprehensive bioinformatics analysis based on high-throughput proteomics MS data and technology, including proteomics identification, iTraq/TMT/SILAC proteomics quantification, label free proteomics quantification
Study on the algorithms of data mining and general association analysis
Develop and validate standard bioinformatics workflow referring to current existed script, program and software package
Research on novel bioinformatics analysis products or workflow
Compete relatively independent proteomics analysis tasks according to proteomics dept. requirement
Develop plans and programs for platform data manufacture QC
Complete bioinformatics platform teambuilding and staff management under cooperation with Human Resource Dept.
Maintain close and effective communications with each business units including proteomics dept., SC dept., and etc..

Qualifications
Bachelor degree at least, preference to Bioinformatics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, and Molecular biology
Hands-on experience in proteomics bioinformatics no less than two years
Kwon well of molecular biology or genetics
Familiar with Linux operating system and skilled of using perl/python/shell scripts, R/matlab statics tools
Experience of design novel analysis products to presenting proteomics result
Familiar with bioinformatics database, such as UCSC, NCBI, EBI, Ensembl and etc.
Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, highly flexible, with excellent communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills). Must be organized and detailed-oriented.
The ability to use critical thinking skills and required based on the complexity of the situation
Must be reliable, honest
