职位描述：
1. 维护和安装客户端PC及IT设备软硬件维护、局域网网络以及相关网络设备的安全稳定；
2. 负责公司内部计算机的技术支持，例如：病毒的查杀、Email客户端支持等；
3. 熟练进行网络设备安装、配置以及故障处理。了解电信MPLS、VPN线路及接入设备相关知识；
4. 打印机、扫描仪等各类外设的日常维护；
5. 负责MPLS VPN光纤网络的日常维护工作；
6. 建立桌面支持记录以及IT设备相关技术管理文档。

职位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业或有相关工作经验者,有CET4证书；
2. 至少1年桌面技术支持经验或相关实习经验；
3. 良好的口头以及书面沟通表达能力；
4. 良好的用户服务理念；
5. 具有良好的求知欲望和学习能力，能够独立承受工作压力；
6. 具有良好的团队协作意识和良好的服务意识；

直接上级：IT主管
