Job Description
1. To coordinate with carriers and all concerned parties (including customs brokers, trailers etc) to arrange shipments operation for both export and import: booking, customs clearance, cargo loading, B/L checking and other work related.
2. To contact with overseas agents and customers concerning third party logistics shipments, to solve all problems customers encounter or request independently.
3. To work with financial team to monitor outstanding freight;
4. To do necessary reports & other jobs according to the department SOP.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Self-motivated with pleasant and outgoing personality;
3. Willing to work under pressure;
4. Excellent English communication skills, with CET 6 or above is preferred;
5. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint Processing.
