职位描述：

岗位目标：

负责公司的预算和决算、会计监督、财务核算和管理，实现公司财务目标

岗位职责：

1、建立健全财务管理制度、会计制度及相应的实施程序。
2、负责财务部的日常工作、财务预算、会计核算和资金运作。
3、对重大投资、融资、并购等提出建议和决策支持。参与风险评估和跟踪。
4、培训下属。
5、建立、维护与财务、税务、银行、审计、证券等相关政府部门的关系。
6、检查公司财务相关业务或流程，并持续改进。

任职资格：

本科及以上学历；会计、财务或相关专业
工作经验：10年以上跨国企业或大型企业集团财务管理经验。有跨行业融资经验者优先。
能力:
1、全面了解财务、会计和财务管理经验。
2、了解国家税务法律法规，具有优秀的判断能力，会计项目分析和处理。
3、了解国际国内会计准则及相关财务、税务、审计法规和政策。
4、擅长资本运作，具有证券融资、并购实践经验，具有设计能力和成功的综合投融资经验。
5、熟悉国内外上市公司财务规则，有并购重组上市经验。
6、有良好的英语能力者优先。
技能：
1、熟练使用电脑办公软件及相关管理软件操作。
2、中级会计师或以上。
