职位描述：

JOB OBJECTIVES
Strictly implement the quality policy to ensure the products are supplied according to customer's needs. Achieve cost, efficiency, output, quality and safety objectives. Efforts to reduce production costs, improve efficiency, continuous improvement, and create higher production efficiency.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Responsible for the formulation, implementation, inspection, supervision and control of management system in production department.
2.Responsible for safety production, on-site organization, labor protection and environmental protection, standardization operation.
3.Responsible for HR work of production department.
4.Responsible for quality control, equipment and production efficiency management in production process to ensure the smooth production.
5.Responsible for production planning review, material procurement planning, warehouse and delivery management.
6.Responsible for budget management and cost control.

Qualifications:
Education Level:Undergraduate
Major:Management, material management, production management or business management
Working Experience:With more than 5 years of production management experience, 3 years of production supervisor working experience, trained for production management, management skill development, project management, product knowledge.
Competency:

1. Familiar with production operation management.
2. Familiar with the material, have good industry production management concept, and basic financial knowledge.
3. Have strong ability of balanced production and schedule control.
4. Have strong ability of organization, coordination, decision-making and innovation.
5. Have good concept of marketing, benefit, cost, quality control, innovation and scientific management.
Skill:

1. Familiar with production process, solves the production and quality problem independently.
2. Familiar with ISO quality management system, skilled in computer office software and related management software operation.
3. Have strong ability of planning, analysis, solving problems, and team motivation.
4. Good written and communication skills
