职位描述：

岗位目标：负责行政和后勤、物业管理、外联、大型集团活动，为公司的有序运作提供行政支持。

岗位职责：

1、编制部门行政、总务及物业管理的规划与实施。
2、部门管理制度，部门间协调。
3、负责法律事务、组织和执行会议、活动、竞赛。
4、负责文件、对外关系、文档管理、项目申报等工作。
5、负责客人接待和来访接待。
6、为公司提供物流服务。
7、部门范围的安全和安全，企业安全和公共领域的整改工作。
8、公司和部门档案管理，文件修订。
9、部门人员及预算管理。

任职资格：

本科及以上教育水平，公共关系、文秘、行政管理、企业管理、企业管理等相关专业
5年以上管理经验，2年以上同岗位工作经验
优秀的外联和公关能力，文档处理能力，解决突发事件的能力
熟悉办公软件，良好的英语听、读、写能力，较强的组织、执行能力
