职位描述：

岗位目标：

严格执行质量方针，确保产品符合客户需求。实现成本，效率，产量，质量和安全目标。努力降低生产成本，提高效率，持续改进，创造更高的生产效率。

岗位职责：

1、负责配方，执行，检查，监督和控制管理系统在生产部门。
2、负责安全生产，现场组织，劳动保护和环境保护，标准化操作。
3、负责生产部门的部分HR工作。
4、负责质量监控，设备和生产效率管理在生产过程中确保顺利的生产。
5、负责生产计划审查，材料采购计划，仓库管理和交付。
6、负责预算管理和成本控制。

任职资格：

本科级以上水平；管理、物料管理、生产管理或企业管理等相关专业；
5年以上生产管理经验，3年以上生产主管工作经验，受过生产管理、管理技能开发、项目管理、产品知识培训。
熟悉生产运作管理，熟悉物料，有良好的行业生产管理理念，基本的财务知识；具有较强的生产能力和进度控制能力，具有较强的组织、协调、决策和创新能力，具有良好的营销理念、效益、成本、质量控制、创新和科学管理。
技能：

1、熟悉生产流程，独立解决生产和质量问题。
2、熟悉ISO质量管理体系，熟练使用计算机办公软件及相关管理软件操作。
3、具有较强的计划、分析、解决问题和团队激励的能力。
