岗位目标：

建立销售管理体系，处理客户需求，提高客户满意度，推广和组织新产品和新项目，收集和分析产品市场信息，确保医疗产品的合法生产。

岗位职责：

1、产品销售管理（彩色纸除外）
2、客户关系管理与满意度改善。
3、新产品开发与引进。
4、新项目落地后推进项目管理。
5、产品市场信息收集及业务拓展。
6、确保医疗产品的合法生产，负责不良事件监测。
7、产品经营部内部管理

任职资格：

本科及以上学历，市场营销、国际贸易、企业管理或相关专业
8年以上市场营销管理经验，有市场经理3年以上工作经验。
能力：
1、复合型管理人才的知识素养。
2、战略性思维，善于资源配置。
3、具有良好的问题分析和解决能力。
4、具有较强的市场意识，能把握市场动态和方向。
5、客户服务意识强，沟通能力强。
技能：
1、有良好的英语能力。
2、熟练使用电脑办公软件及相关管理软件操作。
