职位描述：
1. Responsible for design and development of industrial connectors, such as plugs and receptacles, that comply with marketing and customer requirements.
2. Responsible for new technology, new material and new trend study.
3. Review the design and product specification with customer
4. Responsible for product drawing, specification,D-FMEA and ECN/ECR release
5. Review the tool design and responsible for DFM report
6. FAI and sample review, also tool approval
7. Review the build report, work with cross function team to solve problem and optimize product design
8. Responsible for technical communication with supplier and work together with other team for supplier audit
9. Specify the reliability test specification and review the test result.
10. Technical support for marketing and sales
11. Design the other new products if possible...
request:
1. Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical engineering or related
2. Above 5 years experience in electronic components/connector/harness design; familiar with high current connectors for industrial applications will be a plus
3. Very familiar with UG, I-DEAS and other 3D softwares.
4. Familiar with GD&T and tolerance stack, can do basic tolerance stack analysis
5. Familiar with stamping, molding, die casting and plating process and technology
6. Basic project management skill
7. Good team work spirit, good communication skill
8. Honest, active and diligent
