职位描述：
工作职责
1、完善中央服务中心营运体系，梳理优化文件操作工作的流程，以提升运营管理效率；
2、绩效管理：统筹引导各单证小组制定及更新月度KPI评比规则及标准，提高人员生产率；
3、必要时参与协助单证主管的日常操作事务，如审核货物和违规行为报告的准确性，为单证主管给予工作指导，关注团队管理；
4、每月定期对公司内部营运数据进行分析，上报，发现问题及提出解决方案；
5、培训管理：根据业务发展需要提出培训需求，指导下属培训专员落实培训工作。
6、工作汇报对象：CSC高级经理；所辖下属：各组单证主管及培训专员。

任职资格
1、本科以上学历，国际经济与贸易、物流管理及工商管理类专业优先，优秀者可放宽学历要求；英语读写熟练，听说能力良好；
2、4年以上海运货运代理/航运行业的文档处理经验，且2年以上担任部门负责人岗位的管理经验；
3、有相关培训工作经验，对员工培训具备实操指导能力，培养高质量的单证团队和人才储备；
4、具备良好的服务意识和团队管理能力，完善公司内部管理体系；
5、有共享服务中心管理经验者尤佳。 举报 分享
