职位描述：
工作职责
1. 带领团队依据公司的标准操作流程和指示，处理国际海运出口单证工作
2. 归档处理团队流程和标准
3. 确保团队工作效率和质量满足服务协议
4. 处理投诉和建议
5. 收集培训需求, 准备培训材料，组织培训
6. 促进以服务意识和结果为导向的工作氛围
7. 根据工作需要安排团队资源；提供专业工作指导给团队成员；以身作则引领团队；对其职业发展给与指引。
8. 提出持续改进建议以优化流程,提高工作效率和质量。执行公司操作和管理的标准工作。
9. 与其他团队和合作伙伴建立良好的合作关系,定期向上级主管汇报工作情况,及时向上级主管汇报特殊事件。
10. 处理公司管理层分配的其它工作任务
任职资格
1. 熟练掌握货运代理、物流或是外贸行业的相关知识
2. 认同并践行公司价值观: 创造价值、开放思想、坚守忠诚、竭尽所能、追求卓越
3. 具备良好的团队合作精神、沟通能力以及时间管理能力
4. 适应英文的办公环境和在压力下工作
5. 能灵活的处理客户的需求
6. 有共享中心相关经验者佳
