JOB OBJECTIVES
Establish sales management system, deal with customer demand and improve customer satisfaction, promote and organize new products and new projects, collect and analyze product market information, ensure legally production of medical products.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES：

1.Products sales management (except color paper)
2.Customer relationship management and satisfaction improvement.
3.New product development and introduction.
4.Promote project management after landing new projects.
5.Product market information collection and business development.
6.Ensure legally production of medical products, responsible for adverse event monitoring.
7.Internal management of product business department.

Qualifications:
Education Level：Undergraduate
Major：Marketing, international trade, business management or related major
Working Experience：With more than 8 years experience in marketing management, more than 3 years experience as marketing manager.
Competency：

1. Knowledge accomplishment of compound management talents.
2. Strategic thinking, good at resource allocation.
3. Have good problem analysis and solving ability.
4. With strong market awareness, can grasp the market dynamics and direction.
5. Customer service awareness, excellent communication skills.
Skill：

1. Have good ability of English.
2. Skilled in computer office software and related management software operation.
