JOB OBJECTIVES:

Responsible for administrative and general logistics, property management, outreach, large group activities, providing administrative support for the orderly operation of the company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.The preparation of departmental administration, general affairs and property management planning and implementation.
2．Departmental management system, the co-ordination among departments.
3.Responsible for legal affairs, organization and implementation of conferences, activities, competitions.
4.Responsible for documents, external relations, document management, projects declaration and so on.
5.Responsible for guest reception and visitor reception.
6.Provide logistics services for companies.
7.Sector range of safety and security, corporate security and rectification work of public area.
8.Company and Department records management, document revision.
9.Department personnel and budget management.

Qualifications:
Education Level:Undergraduate
Major:Public relations, Secretarial, Administration, Business Management, Enterprise Management
Working Experience:5 Years of management experience, 2 years work experience in the same job
Competency:Excellent outreach and public relations capacity, document processing capabilities, ability to solve emergencies
Skill:Familiar with Office software, good command of English in listening, reading and writing skills, strong organizational, implementation capacity
