职位描述：
工作职责
1. 应收账款 核销当天收入单据并从会计软件导出数据制作月结单
2. 客户维护 在相关操作系统开启客户文件号、输入客户客称、地址、电话、联络人、有关收费项目及价钱等
3. 应付账款 将供方单据录入会计系统并核对有关单据已得到批复，再检查有关分部名称、团队名称、客户名称等已填写在单据上。
4. 银行付款 每月从会计系统导出应付客户然后上传电子银行，再核对所付金额并打印相关报表作再批复，最后通知总部从网上作最后付款确认。另外每月核对银行余额与会计账上是否一致并制作差异表
5. 零用金 把零用金支付凭证分类核销并输入会计系统。将有关垫付凭证取出并向客户开具发票收回代支款项。
6. 财务分析 每月从会计系统导出财务数据，利用excel制作资产负债表和损益表及有关辅助分析表
7. 主动完成主管分配的其它工作任务
8. 及时向主管汇报工作情况、特殊事件

任职资格
1. 教育背景 ： 持有大学会计本科或相关会计专业学历
2. 工作经验 0-4年；英文：CET 4 或以上；中文：普通话流利, 会广东话优先
3. 专业技能及资格证书 熟练操作办公软件 & 准确快速的英文录入
