职位描述：
KONE Technology organization has global responsibility to research and develop new technologies that enable development of innovative new products.

In order to strengthen our organization, we are looking for an Ambient Design Specialist to join our Design team in China, Shanghai. In this position you will be developing ambient design capability in KONE R&D unit in China. Your primary role is design specialist so essential part of your daily work is designing yourself and coaching other designers in the team. You will also support design manager in budget creation and follow up.

In this position you will be reporting to project manager and to design manager in Finland. Communication language is English. You will be having close co-operation with designers in other R&D units mainly Finland so travelling abroad is not a problem for you.

We require:
? At least 8 years experience of Architecture or/and Interior design
? M.A. or B.A. degree in architecture or interior design (in design college or university)
? Ability to work independently and initiatively
? Ability to work in iterative design processes
? Experience in network and capability building
? Experience in lead designer role
? Experience in project planning (schedule, resource, costs)
? Good collaboration and coaching skills
? Good understanding of technical design and production methods and their influence and requirements to product design
? Excellent skills to present and justify design solutions
? Fluent written and spoken English
? Passion for best design.
