职位描述：
岗位职责:

? Provide support for all office hardware and escalate as appropriate where a resolution cannot be provided.
? Provide support on all standard applications support calls and escalate as appropriate where a resolution cannot be provided.
? Ensure tickets are responded to within the agreed service levels.
? Ensure that all trading stations, PCs and mobile devices are fit for operation and continuously conform to OSTC Group standards.
? Manage the physical set up and relocation of trading stations and Back Office PCs.
? Provide support and set up for video and telephone conferencing.
? As necessary work outside of the role to meet client needs.
? Work within the agreed standards to ensure adherence to group policies and procedures.

任职资格:

We’re looking to hear from enthusiastic individuals with a proven track record of the following:
? 2-3 years previous IT Service Desk (Help Desk) experience, ideally in a complex and international environment.
? Strong English language skills.
? Exceptional communication skills, ability to communicate and build rapport with clients at all levels across the organisation.
? Extensive end-user and administrative knowledge of latest Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
? Basic network knowledge.
? A demonstrated highly professional self-starter with the ability to take on responsibility.
? Strong customer service focus with a desire to deliver a high quality service.
? Proven experience of working under pressure and to tight deadline.
? Demonstrated practical approach to problem solving.
