POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Work with GTM squad to align sales key initiative by brand
- Work with RSM to form executive plan on marketplace development
- SBP, OTB, seasonal SI / ST, distribution plan
- Trading term & GTN policy design
- Plan tracking & issue define
- Sales key initiative & plan:
a) Work with GTM squad, align brand focus with sales key initiative:
i. SBP, OTB target, category distribution plan
ii. Marketplace development plan: distribution plan, seasonal SI / ST target setting
b) Trading term & GTN policy design
i. Optimize trading term through JBP
ii. Form GTN policy to accelerate Key Store development with high efficiency
- Plan tracking & issue define
a) Monthly national sales report: vs plan on SI / ST / distribution / stock
b) Key project follow up
c) Regional level business status & issue define with RSM
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Good understanding of business / channel / account
- Experienced planner on brand / category / channel / marketplace
- Master of term / policy design
- Sharp issue digging
- Good at negotiation and convincing people
- Good coordinator in a matrix organization cross functions
DESIRED WORKING EXPERIENCE:
- 6 years plus experience of sales experience, including trading marketing or account management & rich negotiation skills
- Retail, Lifestyle, sporting goods or FMCG
- 3 years plus trade marketing or category management experience
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in English for both oral and written
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree or above
