- Designing and make project specification;

- Manage the project according the planning and regulated process;
按照计划和规定流程控制管理项目
- Supervise the construction process 、control the quality、control the schedule and the final acceptance;
监督项目进行过程、进度并控制质量以及最终验收
- Communicate with related government bureau for get the project permission and final checking certificate.
协调取得政府相关部门的项目许可和最终验收合格文件

Professional Experience Required:
专业经验要求：
- With good civil work knowledge
良好基建的知识
- Over 2 years construction manage experience
有两年以上的工程项目管理经验
- Know well the construction application, build ,safety and acceptance process and regulation
熟悉基建项目申请，建造，验收，安全规范
- Educational Degree: 4 years college or above
文化程度：本科
- Speciality: civil engineering speciality
专业:土木工程专业
- Foreign Language: CET –4,
外语要求：国家英语4级,熟练的英语读写和口语交流能力
- Computer Skills: perfect MS-office skill, AUTO-CAD
计算机能力：熟练操作MS-office , AUTO-CAD
- Others good speciality ability, good communication skills
其它资格：较强的专业技能,良好的沟通技能和团队精神

BSH Home Appliances Co., Ltd. is the wholly owned subsidiary of BSH Bosch and Siemens Household Appliances Group. It is located in Chuzhou/Anhui Province and covers more than 144 thousands square meters. At the moment, the company has about 4000 employees. Our company is specialized for production of domestic refrigerators at capacity of 2 Mio units p.a.. Our company is focused on innovative products and follows the strict quality standard. Our Siemens and Bosch refrigerators earned the market reputation and satisfied the consumer’s need all over the world.

Chuzhou is a place not only witness lots of born talents but also conserves a very profound cultural atmosphere. Beside for its famous leisure spots, such as Langya Mountain and Huangfu Mountain, it is also enjoying a valuable cultural heritage - the 'Old Tippler’s Pavilion', which is widely cherished as one of the 'Four Famous Pavilions ', highly praised by the famous ancient writer Ou Yangxiu. Chuzhou is right sited next to Nanjing/Jiangsu province with a quite convenient connection. It takes about 1 hour on high-way from Chuzhou to Nanjing and the high-speed train will only take 18 minutes.

In March 2011, BSH group established the 2. factory in Chuzhou - BSH Electrical Appliances (Anhui) Co., Ltd.. This new project will be put into operation by 2013. It covers about 1 Mio square meters and will reach a capacity of 5 Mio refrigerators p.a. after final stage building.
