职位描述：
主要职责
- 负责物料计划、生产计划、外协计划、库存管理及产品交付，执行和协调产品的生产规划和调度工作。
- 根据计划的节点，安排生产工单的下发、跟踪生产进度及外协状态。
- 根据订单要求，安排出货计划并负责产品的包装及发运。
- 根据订单及设备状况，分析产能并致力于提高生产的效率和计划的准确率。收集和统计各生产数据、维护生产的报表。
- 快速响应客户的需求，提高生产交付率和客户满意度。
- 库存管理，5S及定期盘点，建立必要的安全库存及优化库存水平。
- Aerotrac系统数据的维护。
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for material planning, production planning, outsourcing planning, inventory management and product delivery, implementation and coordination of production planning and scheduling work.
- According to the node of the plan, arrange the production work order, follow the production schedule and the status of outsourcing.
- According to the order requirement, arrange the delivery plan and be responsible for the product packaging and delivery.
- According to the status of the order and equipment, analyze the production capacity and to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the plan. Collect and statistic the production data and maintain production report.
- Rapid response to customer demand, improve production delivery ratio and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory management, 5S and periodic inventory, establish the necessary safety stock and inventory level.
- Aerotrac system data maintenance.
任职要求
- 本科学历，2年以上生产计划经验
- 良好的数据分析能力
- 具有热情和结果导向
- 自我激励和具有工作承受能力
- 具有良好的中英文沟通及人际交往能力
- 熟练使用Office软件及具有ERP的实际经验。
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree, 2 years production planner experience is must
- Passionate and result orientated;
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and good at mandarin and English communication
