Responsibilities:

1. Draw up offers and perform project calculations including risk assumptions;

2. Contract management and negotiation with customers;

3. Project controlling and reporting (work progress, scheduling, costs);

4. Management of countermeasures for variances to project plan;

5. Coordination between suppliers, production, engineering, quality to assure delivery performance;

Coordination of required actions responding to customer claims during set up of AM group;

Requirements：

1. University graduate in engineering or similar major background;

2. Minimum of 3 years experiences in project management program (Experience related to elevator

escalator,railway or automotive industry is preferred)

3. Knowledge of legal and negotiation and contract management;

4. Sufficient know ledges and skills for project management;

5. Customer orientation, problem solving and decision making;

6. Excellent communication ability;

7. English as working language required;

8. Good at MS Office software, especially Excel ,Word and PowerPoint;

Self-motivated and good team player.
