Responsibility:
1、编制工作指导,产品包装图纸、包装和拆卸指导，进行工艺纪律考察。Create work instructions, package drawings, package and disconnection instructions. Check the process rules.
2、负责确定制造过程工艺装备参数,协助采购部门选择供货商。 Responsible for data of jigs and equipment. Cooperate with purchasing department to choose the supplier.
3、不断改进制造方法，工艺流程，采用先进的工艺装备。Continuoious improve manufacture methiod, techincal process. Adopt advanced equipment.
4、确定工作时间，为建立Routing提供基础数据,确定各种辅料用量。fix the work time, provide data for rounting and fix all amount of consumptable materials.
5、培训工人。Train the workers
6、处理NCR Deal with NCR
7、为生产提供技术支持 Provide support for production

Requirement:
1. 5-10 year's experience in manufacturing company, railway industry is prefered 5-10年制造业经验，铁路行业经验优先
2. Skill of mechanical knowledge;experience in mental sheet forming,shaping, rolling and mould constraction is preferred 具备机械专业知识,有金属板成型，整形，压轧和模具设计经验优先
3. Skill of AutoCAD 熟练使用AutoCAD软件
4. Skill of MS Office熟练使用微软办公软件
