Responsibilities:

- Failure analysis of defects at our door systems

- Investigation also at customer's site about root cause for failures

- Prepare and initialize solutions to solve the actual problems

- Coordination measures with relevant engineering / production departments

- Evaluation of field service failure reports within the failure analysis

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics

- Minimum 10-12 years of working experience of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics in railway industry (preferred) or automotive / elevator / escalator industry or similar industry

- Field service experience of high complicated mechanical or electrical systems also welcome

- Be able to work with frequent business travel and high willingness to solve problems at the shop floor, customer's site and depot

- Creative thinking and skills for problem solving

- Good communication skills and customer orientation

- Good leadership skills and be able to run the team well

- English fluently oral and written

- Practical character
