职位描述
Report to: Managing Director
Direct Reports: 3-5
Responsibilities:
1.Implement provisions for recruiting, motivating, developing, and retaining qualified personnel to achieve the business goal
2.Provide effective guidance and support to line management in terms of human capital development, organization, personnel problems and other HR items; to provide expert consultancy in HR field
3.Take responsibility for the quality of processes of recruitment, selection, management development, etc.
4Coach and counsel line managers regarding advanced hiring skills based on corporate culture and interpersonal competence
5.Provide HR leadership and professional expertise, develop people and the organizational strategies tied to corporate goals
6.Participate in developing corporate culture of Quality, Speed, Credibility and Caring
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline
2.At least 3 years' Experience as factory HR Manager
3.Above 5 years experiences in HR field in a multinational company
4.Interest and ability to work in a multi-cultural work environment
5.Excellent communication skills in English language in speaking, reading and writing
6.Strong solid HR skills and advanced talent selection ability
7.Time management including ability to priorities multiple tasks and organize workload to meet deadlines
8.Proactive, dynamic doer to face and solve daily challenges
9.Able to work under pressure with flexibility
10.Willingness to work and live in or close to Zhenjiang
