职位描述
职位要求：
- 年龄27-38，中专或以上学历，户籍不限，男女均可
- 精通服装终端零售管理及店铺营运，擅长销售团队管理和货品管理
- 五年以上零售行业工作经验，其中三年以上店长经验，以大型百货公司、购物中心/广场同等职位工作经验尤佳
- 具备较强的分析、计划及组织能力，高度的工作责任心及良好的协调沟通能力
职位内容：
- 负责店铺的经营管理工作及人员管理；商品管理
- 日常店铺运作管理、产品销售、顾客服务
- 保持店铺形象及陈列指引
福利待遇：
- 工作时间：做五休二 （8小时班制，就餐时间不计入）
- 薪资待遇：7000 – 20000（含团队提成部分）

每周面试安排如下：
1.每周二/周四14：30-17：00之间皆可，不用预约，直接前往面试即可；
2.面试地址在天河区天河路230号万菱国际中心41楼4101室（写字楼）；最近的地铁是石牌桥/体育西路/体育中心。
3. 在写字楼面试合格后，再分配具体品牌和店铺。
4. 请携带身份证原件以及小一寸彩照前往，楼下物业需要登记身份信息才能进入。
