职位描述：

q Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

2. Explore clients insight and brand value proposition to support developing brand strategy;

3. Collect and analyse market competitive information to adjust marketing strategies

4. Develop annual brand business plan and manage marketing budget to achieve the sales target and franchise P&L

5. Formulate growth strategy and implement national marketing programs for the assigned product category

6. Flawless execution in marketing activities and manage project independently;

7. Develop brand promotional materials and internal training materials;

8. Provide prompt support and product training to sales team

q Qualifications and Experience:

1. University graduates or above, majored in medical or pharmacy ;

2. Above 7 years work experience with at least 3 years work as PM/APM in pharm industry.

3. Ability to develop effective, professional presentations to doctors and sales

4. Demonstrated capability of supporting sales teams with product information and sales tools

5. Good command of oral and writing in English
