职位描述
Mission of function
? Responsible for planning, building and monitoring construction of new facility for Wuxi. During the planning and construction phase a close cooperation with RE , sub-constructors and government authorities is required. After the new facility has been set up it has to be properly maintained to ensure a high productivity with no facility downtime.
Contacts (internal / external)
? Internal: All departments;
? External: Suppliers, WND government.
Task
? 1. Knowledge of construction of new facility with high focus on lean layout;
? 2. Building daily and strategic maintenance management by defining and implementing key performance index numbers;
? 3. Manage, purchase and control the cost of facilities and fixed assets;
? 4. Management and responsibility of public security, fire control and any other governmental departments.
Knowledge
? 1. Project management knowledge;
? 2. Facility knowledge.
Experience
? 1. More than 5 years experience in industry. Experience in dealing with governmental affairs;
? 2. Min.3 years' management experience;
? 3. Min.3 years' leadership experience;
? 4. 2 years experience for international affairs with corresponding skills.
Education and Language
? Good English language skill.
