职位描述
RESPONSIBILITY
? Telephone transfer and answer incoming calls and transfers to right department & person.
? Responsible for supplying meals for staff and some clients, and mess hall check including the sanitation and the fee.
? Responsible for updating shuttle bus for staff monthly
? Meeting room maintenance and order commodity monthly
? Take care of our customers and visitors, help to reserve restaurant.
? Business card order.
? Update company's phone list
? Confirm train tickets reservation.
? Monthly update employees who take shuttle bus
? Help to check company monthly bills and do e-form monthly.
? Order stationery and daily commodity (water supply)
? Lobby display and keep the environment maintenance in good situation.
? Support for other daily administrative issue.
QUALIFICATION
? College's degree or above, major in Business English, Administration, Human Resources or other equivalent ones.
? Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.
? Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking
? Good at MS office software such as word processing and spreadsheet application skills.
