职位描述：
工作职责 Responsibilities:

 1.研究零售展厅设计风格及最新方向。
Research retail exhibition design style and the fashion direction.
 2.设计展厅平面图，绘制展厅平面及施工图。
Design of the showroom layout, drawing the layout and construction plans.
 3.协调施工现场进度，及时处理项目进行中突发的问题。
Coordinate the progress of the construction site, and timely deal with the problems in the project.
4. 东区设计部团队日常管理。
Be responsible for daily team management in east region.

 

职位要求 Requirements:

1.设计专业大专以上学历，至少五年以上设计行业工作经验。
College education above，design related major， at least five years working experience in design industry.
 2.掌握相关的绘图软件，熟料操作各类平面及三维绘图软件。如 Auto CAD, 3DMax
 Good command of the related drawing software, all kinds of 2D and 3D drawing software. Like Auto CAD, 3DMax.
 3.有施工现场管理经验，了解施工工艺及施工细节，及装修材料。
Good construction site management experience， understand the construction process ，material.
4.有相关卫浴或建材公司工作背景。
Have the relevant bathroom or building materials company working background is the best.
5.有良好的团队管理和协作能力，
