职位描述：
工作职责：
1.Timely order processing upon request form demanding department with approved applications. / 及时处理需求部门间接物料采购需求。
2.Continuously improve indirect material purchasing process/ 持续改善间接物料采购流程
3.Market research and build competitive supplier base for MRO products/市场调查并且建立具有竞争力的间接物料供应商基础。
4.Work with demanding department and select the best supplier regarding Quality, Delivery, Cost and Risk/ 与需求部门合作选择最优供应商，关于质量，交期，成本和风险。
5.On daily basis work on order processing, document applications and quotations，invoices handling, Pre-payment arrangement etc./ 每天处理订单，并对相关申请单和报价存档，处理发票，如果需要安排预付款等。
6.Continuously optimize MRO purchasing process/ 持续优化间接物料采购流程。
7.Work Independently on MRO purchasing data analysis, set up sustainable MRO Purchasing strategy based on company future requirement. Have a keen insight into market changes, drive for cost optimal purchasing and better transparency for business awarding / 独立分析间接物料采购数据，根据公司未来发展需要建立可持续的间接物料采购战略，对市场变化有敏锐的洞察力，建立成本最优采购流程以及建立更加透明的招投标过程。

任职要求：
1.5 years experience in MRO purchasing management /有5年以上间接物料采购管理经验
2.Bachlor degree or above, in an electronic or mechanic subject / 电子或机械专业本科以上毕业
3.Experience with SAP is a plus/ 有SAP 流程操作经验的优先
4.Good knowledge of written and spoken English / 书面英语和口语流利
5.Capable for analysis with Excel / 能够熟练使用EXCEL对数据进行分析
6.Integrity & Careful / 人品正直，工作细心
7.Good at cross-functional communication / 良好的跨部门沟通能力
8.Good negotiation skill / 良好的谈判技巧
9.Good presentation skill and Negotiation skill/ 有良好的口头表达和谈判能力
10.Capable to work under pressure / 能够在压力下工作
