职位描述：
 Roles& Responsibilities:
 

• Support the development of Bodyshop controls standards throughout region and ensure compliance with global requirements and relevant safety protocols. 
• Work with global teams to support the development of global standards.
• Support Vendor Interface Specialists and Implementation Teams in the compliance of Facility and Tooling builds from Purchase Order placement through to VTTO handover.
• Work with suppliers, operations and implementation teams to develop robust equipment specifications and equipment interfaces that meet quality, safety and throughput expectations.
• Support Investment Efficiency group in development of low cost equipment solutions and standards were appropriate.
• Support of BCE MOS compliance and work with field data to revise standards as appropriate.
• Conduct supplier capability reviews and support the RFQ development process.
• Shop floor support to develop cycle time, throughput and safety in facilities both in the launch and full production phases.
• Support development of FIS (Factory Information Systems) and programming of assets to support standard reporting structures.

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor degree or above
• 5-8 years working experience
• Bodyshop Facility Implementation or Maintenance experience is preferred
• Extensive Shop Floor PLC experience
• Sound understanding of  Body shop process, controls, robotics and standards
• Robotics/Controls/Body shop Facility
• Supplier Liaison and Development.
