1. To update the clients’ requests and compare them with the deliveries carried out and with what is hanging from production. To analyze the clients’ program variations and their impact on the planning production.

2. To define the assembly lines production sequence.

3. To verify the fulfillment of the “build to schedule” and to reprogram it in case of non-fulfillment.

4. To know which is the risk that FICOSA assumes in case of not delivering components to an specific client and give the alarm sign.

5. To organize the urgent transports to clients.

6. To manage clients packaging.

7. To revise the charges received by the client.

8. To control the suppliers deliveries starting from the sending point.

9. To send the delivery programs to the suppliers with the frequency agreed.

10. To supervise and control the process of materials and components delivery from the moment that the suppliers order the delivery.

11. To suggest and implement action plans for suppliers that doesn’t fulfill the deliveries on time.

12. To assure that the suppliers work properly with the supply web at an MPR level and Kanban.

13. To maintain the stock level inside the budget and implement the corrective actions if necessary.

14. To inform the suppliers about the missing components in order to avoid obsolete generation.

15. To check the invoices of the suppliers.

16. To send the suppliers the notice charges.

17. To charge suppliers in case of delays or non-fulfillment.

18. To return the rejected material.
