通过管理现有客户和开发新业务,在指定的区域内完成并超越销售目标(华南东部和东部地区)。
确保每个帐户的及时付款。
在公司领域执行业务项目,并监督项目进度。
与技术服务合作,以确定机会和潜在客户的需求。提供专业的产品组合推荐。
提供及时更新管理客户来电,SFDC /呼叫报告。
负责管理客户的质量投诉,提供技术和质量的工作,提供解决问题的解决方案,并最大限度地提高客户满意度。
管理现有的经销商,开发有效的专业分销网络。
建立与客户的专业关系,深入了解和研究客户/行业的不断变化的需求。
向产品经理提供新产品开发的市场信息。
了解浸渍树脂市场趋势。收集竞争对手的产品和市场信息,支持管理层制定业务发展战略。
任职要求:
本科或以上。
至少 5 年以上电机/变压器或其他保温行业的销售经验。
熟悉水基础漆产品。
在高分子科学、 化学工程、 电气工程或机械工程专业尤佳。
有效的人际交往和沟通技能。
自我激励,良好的压力管理技巧。
自我学习和积极的工作态度。
能够适应经常出差。
良好的英语沟通能力和计算机技能。
