职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
1.Support MP Technology Team to align the Product Strategy with the business goals
2.Assist with the creation of Research&Development Product roadmaps for Major Projects in Greater China and APA, and with the roadmaps for Product Platforms managed by Major Projects
3.Ensure that presently used product platforms are up to date, follow up needed changes
4.Ensure all proposed solutions fulfil the codes and regulations as well as installability and safety requirements
5.Assist with the release and implementation of new products and product changes in all supply units that are involved in Major Projects
6.Participate actively into quality improvement work e.g. through Quality Improvement Team meetings
7.Assist Customer Solution Managers, KONE Country organization Sales, Installation and Maintenance by providing technical support needed from MP Technology Team located in China
8.Participate to selected sales cases with customers
9.Collect technology related needs from KONE Country organizations and available competitor information and share to relevant stakeholders in KONE Major Projects Organization
Requirements:
1.Minimum a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
2.Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management in Elevator Industry, experience in technology development is an asset
3.Good innovation, analysis and problem solving skills
4.Good collaboration, communication, presentation and influencing skills
5.Customer focused way of working and drive for results
6.Good MS Office skills, knowledge on CAD engineering and Building Interface Modeling systems are an asset
7.Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Chinese and English
