职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1.Prepare Consolidated financial statements of the Company monthly quarterly and annually, based on us GAAP
2.Familar with key principle and disclosure requirement of us GAAP
3.Select appropriate criteria for specific circumstances. and write the technical accounting memo
4.Prepare internal control policy related to financial reporting ,cooperate with external audit and appraisal
5.Coach, develop and build a strong accounting team

Qualification &Compentencies:
1.Bachelor degree in business, preferred concentration in accounting, finance, or economics
2.Above 5 years of working experience in GL in MNC, including over 3 years on managerial position
3.Be familiar with general accounting and reporting functions, including AR, AP, fixed assets, accrued or prepaid expenses
4.Fast learner and committed to excellence, results-oriented and desiring for personal growth and achievement
5.Have good team management skills, self-motivated, passion, high integrity and able to work under pressure
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills 举报 分享
