PC hard/software installation, repairing, maintenance and trouble-shooting skills

Programming skills

Job Task:
Provide IT support services to end users in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hongkong office, warehouse and home based remote users.
Be responsible for LAN, WAN(MSTP, MPLS, DDN, Internet) network maintenance, administration and trouble-shooting.
Monitor and manage the network and system safety as well as other information systems.
User account management (AD user, Network, exchange, VPN, etc.).
Be responsible for local server (File server, Exchange server, Domain Controller, DHCP, Print server, Data color, etc.) maintenance and administration. Perform service pack update and data backup as required.
Be responsible for routine maintenance of office IT equipment including but not
limited to user desktop PC, laptop PC, printer, firewall, switch, router, AP.
Maintain PBX system and telephone related network or devices
Identify the user requirements in terms of IT infrastructure and application program or system, work out the suggestion and proposal, and assist in implementation
Follow group and local company policy with regard to compliance and internal
 control to avoid and eliminate legal issue and to make sure the operation is running
 with standard of ethics and integrity.
Assist in IT related hardware and software purchasing
Be responsible for IT asset management process.
