职位描述：
要求:最好是航空企业 熟悉热处理工艺
Responsibility：
1.Provides technical guidance and support to HT (air furnace), welding and Laser cutting processes.
2.Provides technical advice on material and processing issues. Evaluates material problems and recommends solutions.
3.Writes, reviews and establishes processing requirements (router, data card) for materials in accordance with procedures and customer requirements.
4.Performs failure analysis, root cause analysis and participates in correcting engineering related problems on products.
5.Manages material test laboratory in compliance with Nadcap and ISO 17025.? Generates and revises procedures used in laboratory.?Trains, evaluates and qualifies laboratory personnel.
6.Responsible for managing the Nadcap audit, third party audit and customer audit for the processes mentioned above and ensuring compliance.
7.Analyzes, establishes, and communicates performance standards for laboratory personnel.
8.Coordinate with QA and production personnel in preparing work instructions to produce sheet metal parts.
9.Create and maintain necessary tools and procedures to meet customers' specifications.
10.Other work assigned by supervisor.

Requirement:
1.Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering with emphasis in metallurgy.
2.　5+ years working experience in metallic processing environment of a multi-national company.
3.Aerospace manufacturing background is an advantage. Nadcap compliance experience is preferred.
4.Knowledge of Nadcap/ ISO17025 and AS9100 requirements/systems
5.Ability to read and interpret written English specifications and engineering drawings
6.Interprets fracture features, microstructure and other metallurgical features
7.Performs test/inspection using diagnostic equipment
8.Requires that the candidate be highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
9.Demonstrated ability to develop, execute and deliver results in conformance with action plans.
