Job Description – Communications and Operations Manager
Position
Organization Unit: Colliers International Property Consultants (Shanghai) Co., Ltd
Department: Marketing and Communications
Position: Communications and Operations Manager
Report to: Director, Marketing & Communications
Responsibilities
To assist the Managing Director in achieving business goals, the Communications and Operations Manager works closely with the Marketing and Communications Director to execute internal communications plan and project manage business plan action items. This position offers great opportunity to get hands on experiences in business strategy execution.
？ Copy write English internal communications articles as per request of the Managing Director on a timely manner
？ Copy write and edit English materials as required to support business developments
？ Keep track of the status of all business plan action items and report to Management on a regular basis
？ Follow up with relevant parties to ensure the execution of the business plan
？ Other ad hoc duties assigned by department head
Skills & Experience
？ At least 3 years’ relevant experience; Experience with real estate industry will be an advantage
？ Exceptional English writing skills. Native English speaker preferred.
？ Good mandarin conversational skills
？ Great communication skills and be able to work with all levels of staff
？ Strong project management skills and well-organized
？ Able to work overtime, tight deadlines and under pressure
