职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. 负责一线员工招聘
2. 员工入职和离职手续办理
3. 协助处理员工关系
4. 协助组织年度培训需求调查和需求分析
5. 按计划组织、实施公司内部培训
6. 负责组织、实施新员工在岗培训计划
7. 提供有关OJT的各项数据分析报告
8. 管理、维护培训记录，及时更新人事系统中与培训相关的数据
9. 对培训效果进行及时评估、追踪和反馈
10. 协助主管开发内部培训教材，翻译培训资料
11. 负责培训费用的核实及支付
12. 人事经理指派的其他工作
13. 贯彻执行各项适用的环境健康安全法律法规及《现场作业环境健康安全须知》
14. 其它安排的任务和职责

Requirement:
1. 大专或以上学历
2. 有2年及以上制造业培训组织实施管理经验
3. 优秀的人际沟通能力及良好的服务意识
4. 优秀的组织协调能力
5. 熟练使用MS-Office办公软件，尤其擅长PPT及EXCEL
