Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1. Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering;
2. 5+ years experiences in High vacuum, process tools and ancillary equipment required.;
3. Experience in Technical engagement with customers and engineering functions will be a plus.
4. A knowledge of High vacuum applications of relevant vacuum technology and products.
5. Experience in influencing, negotiating and presentation skills, occasionally practice at senior levels, both inside and outside the company.
6. Ability to work within a team of regional product or market specialists
Key Duties/Activities
1. Sets up and manage programs with key customers to give technical solution and develop new application opportunities for Edwards HV products especially for Ion pump.
2. Will involve to lead product modification and development of new standard product for key project
3. Visit customer together with sales
4. Technical solution for new project
5. Set up training to sales engineer
6. Set up seminar to customers
Broad Activities:
Sets up and manage programs with key customers to give technical solution and develop new application opportunities for Edwards HV products especially for Ion pump. Will involve to lead product modification and development of new standard product for key project. Set up HV products flyer data to Semi and IV workmate to help them to easy win the business.
Budget/Revenue
Work closely with Sales to execute strategy to achieve growth targets, Promote new product and work with sales to identify suitable L&E sites and applications. Manage and lead new product Beta Site Evaluation to ensure successful qualification and enhance product reliability. Deliver technical presentation to customers, particularly on details of product improvements in design, technology, applications and safety. This should be presented as enhanced solutions and value-added services from Edwards.
